There may be a GFCI reset outlet in the bathroom, over the counter. There might be a dedicated breaker for the GFCI outlets in the breaker panel. That will be visible as a breaker with a small white square button, and will need to be turned off, then on, when connected to shore power.
I'm almost certain the air conditioner and microwave are not part of the GFCI system.
