getting rid of the incessant 'buzzzzzzzz'

I guess it's in the power converter, it buzzes constantly when plugged to power. what can eliminate this short of replacing the converter?

thanks

(ps, I hope this didn't post twice. I posted once earlier and it didn't seem to go through)

Hi there, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but, and someone correct me if I am wrong, the only way to quiet the buzzz is to replace the converter. I used an Intelipower, 45 amp. Dead quiet, you might hear the fan if it ever comes on, if you listen carefully. They aren't that expensive. well worth the money in my opinion. Easy to hook up, won't boil your batteries dry. Built in battery charger/maintainer.

Nice avitar BTW !

Annoying, isn't it! There's nothing you can do about it. I think this vintage Univolt was noisy when it was new. We have no commercial link to him but one member, 68 Overlander, is in this business and has given us good input in many threads. This link to his member page has a link to his business.
