Fuse Box??

Hi All!
I just bought a '79 Excella 24' MH and am gonna do a complete restore ( so please pray for me,lol). I am having problems locating the fuse box... Owners manual says its under the dash but I can't seen to find it. Do I need to remove the dash? Why I am trying to find it is because the wipers do not work. Thanks in advance for any help. I may be posting here many times......

Hello I have a 79 also, the fuse panel is up under the dash on the left hand side of the engine cover You may have a plastic console that will need to be removed to see it. Go to the gas pedallook up till you see the edge of the engine housing it uses the newer style plug in fuses.
