Excella 1979: how do I change the fuse?

I can't seem to pull them out to change there are screws but I assume they are for the wires to the fuse. I'm a newbie at this. I have various cabin lights that are not working and I suspect it is the fuse. I have the manual for what fuse is to what. I also need to repair a light but I am unable to pull out the the grey fuse that would stop the electricity flow to the cabin lights so I can repair the light toggle. So how do I pull out the fuse and change it. It's the original fuse box. with glass fuse tubes.

Go to an auto parts store and get a light type tester probe. Ground the clamp and touch the hot side of the fuzes from the supply sides. When you touch the supply side the tester should lite up. If i doesn't, you have an open feed. In that case DC power is not getting to the bus. On the feed side to the circuits if one fuze does not light up you have a blown fuze. Sometime fuzes can be bad, but the open is not visible.
