Electrical problem in Safari

During a rainstorm we lost power to most of the trailer. The outlets in the front still work and the AC works. But the frig and the outlets in the rear are dead. Reset all breakers and did not help.

2007 Safari SE.

There are four breakers and then a fifth one that has a test button at the bottom. The first four breakers all seem OK. But the breaker with a test buttton at the bottom does not seem to reset. It will not stay in the upright position.

Any help would be appreciated.

The breaker with the test button is the GFCI circuit. Did you push in the test button to reset it? Try that. It should lock into place, and then try the breaker switch again. If it still doesn't work, you may have water getting into an outlet. I would check the exterior outlets first.

Thanks. Tried pushing the test button. But it will not stick. The breaker just above it will not set. Outside outlet seems dry, but I suspect it may be the problem. Hoping it will eventually dry out and then test button will reset.

If not, do I need to replace the breaker?

flip the tripped breaker all the way to OFF then back to ON.

If Ricky's suggestion doesn't work, I would try blowing around the ext outlet with a hair dryer. GFCI circuit breakers can be pricey, so i would exhaust my options about dampness before I went that route. Besides, if you replace the breaker, and still have the moisture problem it will do the same thing. Yay! All the way to OFF was the key. I thought I was flipping the breaker off and then on, but it goes further if you really push it down. Then it will reset.
