If I were you I would get a voltmeter and start checking for voltage inward from the shore power plug in.

Did you check the breaker box? It's located in the rear streetside overhead. First easiest place to check for voltage.

Problem could be in the shore power plug or in the reel connection - both have been known to fail.

The relay under the bed switches the load from the genny to the external power.

The relay under the couch switches (controls) the power going to the front AC. Power for the front AC (or is it the rear?) comes from the selector switch above the sink overhead OR from the "second leg" of the genny.

Welcome to the Forums - lots and lots of systems questions and answers in the Motorhome section. Best to use the Forum "google" search (under the "search" pulldown) when searching specific questions.
