Electrical Issues

I am a new airstreamer, very new. I purchased a 2012 25FB all lights work except the ones in the bedroom and shower, toilet area works fine. I have checked all fuses and all are good. Someone told me that if one bulb was out none would work, but I donít believe it. Please help. Thanks in advance

I would also say that it must be the GFCI outlet in the bathroom. Reset that out let and all should work

Are any lights in a Airstream 120VAC?

Just after I got mine I tried to trouble shoot a twin tube fluorescent and looking for 120VAC when they run of off 12VDC.

Pretty sure mine is all 12VDC.

Thanks to all! I removed the bedroom light switch and found a broken wire, repaired and all works fine.

Chrishall,

Issues are in PITA but learning and fixing them on your own if possible is a real good thing.

Nicely done.

broken wires are unusual but more likely in a mobile trailer than in a stationary home.

Out of curiosity, was it a solid core wire, or twisted multi-strand? If it was solid core, that would make more sense that it broke. My understanding is the auto industry uses muli-strand for this very reason as it is inherently more flexable and less likely to break.
