electric couch switch

Hello, I have a 1990 A/S motor home with a bad rocker switch, on/of/on for the slideout couch. I took the switch to NAPA and got a new one but misplaced the piece of paper with the terminal wiring on it. there is a black-red- white from the electric motor and a orange-and white from the feed. Does any body know the placement of the wires on the six prong rocker switch? Thanks, Tom
