Dometic Refrig wiring

I have three wires that were connected to the back of a dometic 2620, a red, white and pink. They were not marked when removed. I am replacing this unit and need help reconnection properly. These are all 12volt wires. Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeff

Based on what I have seen from Airstream's wiring, I would suggest that the white is ground, and the red and pink are positive. I would definitely check the polarity issue and voltage with a meter before making any connections to the fridge.

As I have seen many times, Airstream usually provides only 2 DC wires to the fridge, one white (ground) and the other of a color. This generally follows the accepted US color coding for DC wiring..........but test them to be certain.

Is the unit in a trailer or a motorhome? If in a motorhome, the second 12 volt wire might be to force shut down the propane flame for about 20 minutes when the coach is stopped for fueling. But that is speculation on my part. It was a feature on my old 310 motorhome.

If it is a trailer, I have no guess what a second 12 volt line would be used for. I don't think the shut down feature was used on any of the trailers, but once again I could be wrong.

Haven't seen a third DC wire supply on any of the newer trailers that I have been working on. The year of the trailer in question would help greatly!
