Domestic AC and SZ Thermostat hook up

Hi,

I purchased Dometic AC model 651816 and Dometic single zone thermostat model 3313192 and I'm having trouble with the wiring. I sure don't want to blow the thing up! I removed the junction box and ran the trailer wiring into the electronic box. I've rerun the thermostat wiring with 18-3 wire and I have that hooked up ok. I added spade connections to the 2 blue wires (heat) and plugged in the freeze control wire and sensor up into the fins.

The electronic control box has a 6-pin connector with 5 wires running to it. How do I hook this up to my bare wires coming from the new a/c unit? There are 2 black wires with RJ-11 connections. I think these are high and low speed fan wires? Is this right and if so how do I figure out how to connect? There is a blue and a black wire in the electronic box that might be the wires I need to connect to? Maybe???
Help and thanks in advance for any expert advise!

Emma
