Changing Thermostats for furnace

I have a 2006 Safari SS with the original wall furnace thermostat. I would like to change it to one that is much easier to read. I bought a White-Rodgers 80 Series Standard Single Stage Digital Non-Programmable Thermostat (New) at a garage sale. Is there any problem with using this is my Airstream?? It says Millivolt Compatible on the package and Next Generation Microprocessor. Rating is 0 to 30 VAC, 50/60 Hz or D.C. 0.05 to 1.0 Amps (load per terminal). Thanks for your help!!

The Dometic thermostat in our trailer has a feature I've never seen in a home thermostat... two modes of heat. If you have a heat pump setting on your AC and a propane furnace I'm not sure a standard home thermostat will offer you features to choose and operate one versus the other. Ditto if you happen to have two AC units running off a single thermostat.

Changing Thermostats

My present thermostat only operates my furnace and it is not a heat pump. The Air Conditioner is a ceiling unit and has its own controls on the ceiling. Therefore, I wouldn't think there would be any special features that would make this incompatible unless it would be the digital readout but it runs on battery power??
