Blue power wire fron TV
Now that the old fuse panel is gone and I'm wiring the Wfco power center where do I hook up the blue power wire that goes from the TV thru the 7 pin connector?
Isn't this power wire supposed to charge the battery while driving?

1. Make sure it isn't the brake line. Usually the blue wire is brakes.
2. If it is the #10 AWG charge line, wire it to a 30a breaker, then directly to the battery or to the WFCO 12V power buss.

On '66-'81 the charge line is blue according to the book, so it is the charge line yes.
When you say power buss you mean the + Positive lug, on the panel?
Or the positive lug on the battery.

Attach the charge line to either the battery lug, or the WFCO lug, or the main disconnect switch to the panel; whichever uses the least wire, and as long as the wire has a circuit breaker (or fuse) sized for the wire size.
The charge line, the battery, the WFCO, and the fuse panel should all be at the same potential. There should be overcurrent protection on all the wiring.

go to the lug on your converter.
that way you can have lights in the trailer if you have no battery, and happen to be plugged into your tow vehicle.

just to add, on my trailer, there is a self-resetting breaker on the charge line, right up next to the 7 pin connector.

I'll look around for some type of circuit protection.
Question what controls the amount of charge coming from the TV to the TT batteries?
Will they overcharge if I'm running say 10 hours?
Is the TV alternator going to control the charge to the TT?
I like the idea of going to the power center rather than the battery direct.
