Lightbulb Best way to reground

One of the running lite on my 67 Caravel keeps going out.
If I twist the whole shabang Viola! it will light again. I'm sure that it is losing its ground. Anyone know the "best" way to
re-establish the ground without having to remove the whole
grotelite? Maybe a screw through the ground pole into the skin?
Comments? Anyone?

Could be a bad contact at the socket, is it or the bulb corroded? try using emery cloth to clean connections & contacts. Also check wire connections from skin to light.

Grounding !

John, Thanks

I have cleaned sockets and replaced bulbs. It seems to be the grounding from the light to the skin. Do you know what this looks like or how it is done on the grotelites ??
