Hi
Important qualifier as we head into winter. If it's frosty outside, shift all those voltages up about a half volt. In other words, the 12.06V "stop using" point becomes 12.56 or even 12.66V.

Have we missed something?
Has the OP had replacement converter tested?
I only see the first post where ODM tested the original and replaced it.

The new Boondocker converters allow you to do just that. Turn the potentiometer up to what ever voltage you want.

Hi
Just remember to tweak the voltage as the thermometer changes
( = don't forget to reset it when it gets warm out)

Not much help...but
We had all sorts of battery issues with our last trailer (as in they needed to be replaced the very first time we took the trailer on a long trip and the dealer just harumphed at us because we had turned in the old ones to get the new ones 500 miles from home and didn't return them to him). Costco does have pretty good prices on them, though.
Anyway, with our 2019 Globetrotter, we diiscussed the Interstate battery issue we had and the dealer highly recommended doing solar with a different type of battery -one that doesn't require any water or servicing. So far, it has been wonderful, batteries seem to be always fully charged (even when boon docking in less than full sun) and we have had no issues at all. Such a positive difference that I would highly recommend looking into it if you have a dealer or repair person you trust to do the work and you are still having issues with them.

Hi
What you got are AGM batteries. Flooded batteries have a set of issues and we talk about them a lot. That's mainly because most people have flooded batteries. AGM's have different issues. Since they are less common, we don't yack as much about them. The biggest issue with AGM's is cost.

Hi
I *did* notice that the credit card took a bit of a hit when the $6,000 of Lithium batteries and charger came in .....
