Drilling fiberglass for cable run

In the process of putting a flat panel TV in the rear bedroom, I have to get the coax cable back there from where the original is in the front. In my plan I will be going through the middle bathroom. This will require drilling through some fiberglass panels, etc. I need some guidance on drilling through the 14 year old fiberglass. Fast or slow? Small pilot hole then progressively larger? Put down tape to help any shattering? Questions like that.

Thanks!

How big a hole are you planning on drilling?
Small a standard drill bit will work fine.
Tape is recommended to reduce splitering. Go slow, gentle pressure.
You can start with a small hole is you wish and go bigger.
Run the cable without the connector on the end and you can get a single wire through a 1/4 inch hole.
