Battery charge question

I have an Interstate and replaced my all my batteries. One for the engine, and two sealed Interstate 12V for the house. My question is that when I charge by plugging into shore power for 24 hours all my batteries have a charge of 13+, then two weeks after unplugging my engine battery is at 12.6 which is considered 100% charged by my house batteries are at 11.8. I turned off everything I can think of including the propane switch and of course house power.
Is this normal? Also I left the shore power on for 24 hours. What's the minimum amount of time I need for charging the batteries. Seems like after an hour they are 13+.
Thanks for any thoughts you can provide.
