Bad trip?

Came back to our 2014 27’ FB International and found the refrigerator on propane, the main TV without power and the plugs over the kitchen counter and under the dinette table not working The bedroom plugs and lights were working.

The appropriate circuit breaker, 20A/ CIR4, was tripped. Reset it and everything is working well now. However a greenlight (D19, see below) is blinking. We have not noticed this before. We drove 200 moderately bumpy miles today.

Our Surge Guard 34830 had no error message. We have a PD-4655 Prog/Dynamics converter installed with solar by Lew Farber 2-3 years ago.

We could find no help in the manual or in old Airforums. In another brand's forum it said a blinking PD-4655 means the battery is below 90% but this is on the Airstream. When we arrived here I’m pretty sure I checked and the battery was at 13.5 on a very sunny day.

Would greatly appreciate any help regarding these questions:
1. Is the green light blinking worrisome?
2. Did something malfunction to trip the circuit breaker that needs to be found?
Thanks for any help.
