74' Argosy Wiring/Electrical

I've recently purchased a 22' Argosy 1974. The electric on the interior works, but the 7 blade connector does not. I pulled up the flooring at the front because there was some that needed to be replaced due to squirrel/water damage. The rest of the flooring looks good.

The wiring for the 7 blade connector has either been cut or chewed through just beyond the interior shell. There does not seem to be anywhere visible where that particular wiring runs. The colors from the 7 blade connector are the same as what is inside the shell. The wires stop and there is an addition 3 ft of trailer/aluminum belly that is exposed. I also can see a bit inside the flooring at where the table legs were, and cannot see any exposed wiring.

My questions: where does the 7 blade connector wiring run and connect to? Does anyone know where I can find a wiring diagram for this model?

I'm a total novice and need any help possible!

The 7 blade connector has wires running to the running/tail lights, brakes, left brake/turn, right brake/turn, reverse lights, a fat wire to the house battery+, and a fat negative wire to the battery - or frame.

You should note that the wiring standard used in 1974 Airstreams is different from the current one, so you have to do a little umbilical customization to get things to work if your umbilical has not already been rewired.

My Airstream Umbilical Replacement blog post might be helpful.

We had to rewire the trailer connector to match our F150 connector before we could move the trailer. The trailer wiring was Brown-right turn & brake, Red-left turn & brake, Green-tail & running light & licence plate, Yellow-brake controller, Black-brake controller, Blue-12 volt and White-ground.

Inside Wiring

The wiring I’m curious about is from the 7 blade connector, but I am curious about where it connects once it goes from the outside connector to the inner shell. Inside the trailer it goes about 7” then is broken.
