#4 breaker tripping

I have a 2005 Classic 30, that the #4 breaker trips from time to time which gets the frig and A/C. I had it in Jackson Center and they checked and found NOTHING wrong, it is still tripping. Does anyone think like me and need to just replace the circuit breaker? After it cools it re-sets and may not trip for weeks or months, it just is aggravating. Need someone that may have had this happen on their unit.

If the breaker is warm, do you have a wire that's not tight? That should be easy to check. But while you are checking for a loose wire - why not replace the breaker? I wouldn't expect them to be very expensive. And almost no more difficult replacing than checking for loose wires.

Farmer Dan, the breakers are tied all together on the panel, I have considered just adding a new one off the panel, the wires are tight. I can not figure out what is tripping it on the 12v side? Always a possibility there is a chafed wire in the mix?

Whoa right there pod-nuh...are you on the AC or DC circuit? To presume you are talking about the AC circuit, it sounds as if the AC is drawing too much power����. What is the AC voltage running? We were having similar issue when it turns out the voltage dropped when AC kicked on. If the AC and Fridge power up simultaneously, this is quite a load...

What Air Conditioner amperage are you pulling on start and run?

We have the Easy Start module (not a hard start!!!). The initial power draw is kept minimal as compressor kicks in, power load spread over time.

I have seen parks with bad power. That is a killer.. so we have incoming power protector to monitor then shut off if voltage drops.

NO this is on the 12V side of breakers...it gets the thermostat and the frig circuit. I am considering the easy start for my A/C's.

If this is a 12 volt breaker, in the 12 volt panel, replace with a new one. They do "wear out". If this is a 120 volt breaker in the main 120 volt panel, replace with a new one. If this does not solve the problem with either voltage circuits, you must find the cause of the breaker tripping. Electrical gremlins are sometimes a nightmare!!
