I got mine at Home Depot a couple of years back. Here are two types, one without a 30 amp breaker, and one with. Use the zoom feature to get a good look at the receptacle.

IMHO, Bottom line here is, if you have to ask you should not be doing this type of wiring. It can make you dead.
Not to mention damaging your wiring in both your house and trailer.

Electrician's on the way

In my first post on the forum I manage to expose, once again, the folly of letting haste push me into areas in which I have only enough knowledge to be dangerous. Usually, I'm a pretty cautious guy. ( 59 years today with all limbs intact...)

Thanks for all the good advice; I called the electrician yesterday and will have the appropriate outlet in place by nightfall.

First outing in the Bambi takes place next week; I'll let you know if I mange to actually destroy anything!

even electricians can get confused about the rv outlets. repeat that this is for 120v about a hundred times or they threaten to poke you with the screwdriver. lol.if they do a good job you can give them a tour of the trailer :-)
