2012 Flying Cloud Furnace/Cooling Control Panel

Can someone advise me on what I may be doing wrong in trying to get the Furnace going without the Cooling Fan AC running as well ?

1. Turn Control Panel on
2. Sequence through until I get to Furnace Program
3. Set temperature

Furnace starts and produces heat however AC fan runs as well ???

Thank You

set the heat temp lower, raise the set point for the ac or turn the ac to off. you can run both to remove humidity.

If Ricky's suggestion doesn't do the trick, go to the Dometic manual and go to the "Reset" instructions.

That will definitely take care of it.

Do you have the fan control set on something other than "Auto" (Low, Med, High)? I believe, with a heat pump, that if the fan control is not set on "Auto", the AC fan will run while the propane furnace is running.

Why would you burn gas when you have 110 electric? Put the stat on auto. It will cycle though AC, HP & furnace. depending on the outside temp & the inside set point. You may think the AC is on but wait a second and it will be warm.

On mine, the A/C fan doesn't run if the CCC is set to furnace or if the outside temp drops low enough for the furnace to take over for the heat pump. Weird things happen if the CCC and control board gets disconnected from 12v. I think Murrey has your solution. Do the reset on the CCC and this will likely cure the problem.

Sometimes if the AC was on last, the HP fan will cycle quickly as we cycle to the furnace page on the ccc... as above make sure that the trigger point for AC is either set below the current temp threshold or set to off.
