Just look at the service cord. If it has 3 prongs it is 30 amp. If 4 it is 50 amp.
I doubt it is 50 but if you luck out then look at the breaker panel and see if there are any unused slots in the panel. If you are real lucky and remove the panel cover there may be an unused wire, prewaired for a second AC.
Now all that optimism aside wiring for a second AC is not going to be easy. In fact close to impossible within economic reasons.
