1969 Tradewind control panel wire diagram?

I'm at the all important control center part of my overhaul and have some questions that a good diagram or someone who has taken the time to label all the wires coming into the circuit board could answer. There are 12 connections to the board that some I can easily tell what they are and some are a mystery to me. I've labeled them from 1-12 and am mainly confused about 3 & 4 as they were the two that had been disconnected and I only have one green wire that I'm unsure of. Here is the board...

So far to the best of my guessing abilities and a quick voltage test on the wires.
Wire Current. Purpose Wire Color
1- Ground. Board ground. White
2- Open. Water Pump. Red
3- Open. Water tank level. Green or missing
4- Open. Water tank level. Missing or green
5- Open. Water tank level. Brown
6- Open. Holding tank level. Red
7- Ground. Holding tank level. Red
8- Ground. Holding tank level. Black
9- Ground. Holding tank level. Black
10- Open. Battery test. Black
11- Hot. Ammeter. Grey
12- Hot. Ammeter. Grey

Any one of these especially 3 & 4 could be hooked up to the wrong place. At this point I'll be happy to buy a new control/ monitor panel.
