1962 Tradewind newbie

I now own a '62 TW. First AS, first RV. True newbie here. I'm gonna be burning these forums up.
First off I guess, is where is the electrical panel, or is there one? I've looked in every drawer and closet, but no panel!!! I looked underneath where the city power cable goes into the belly, then went inside and looked where it should be but no dice.

Anything I need to be looking at on this trailer electrical-wise?

Thanks,
Kevin

Kevin, check under the beds. In my 1960 the breaker box is curbside under the twin bed, just on the other side of the exterior power hookup. Check the thread 1960 Safari Wiring for info on breaker box locations. I'm not sure of the differences from 1960 to 1962, however.

What plant did your TW come from? Is it a CA or OH unit? If you're not sure, post your serial number and we''l let you know. There are distinct differences in the trailers from each of the plants. My breaker box is in the streetside closet about 3' off the floor and is a Bulldog brand of which breakers are still available.

S.N. is 242D212
Jackson Center, Ohio

It has the double bed on the off-street side(drivers side of tow vehicle) and closets/cabinets on the street side.

Here's the decoding info:

24 = 24 foot - TradeWind
2 = 1962 model year
D = double bed
212 = number off the assembly line for the production run

Double bed is often on the curbside but have seen them on the street side on occassion from both of the plants.

My wife has corrected my poor thinking on curb/street side.
My double bed is on the side opposite the door...(this makes it streetside, correct?) and the toilet is on the same side as the door(curb side?)
Thanks for all the helpful replies,
Kevin
