So are you going to replace or update any wiring or insulation? I ask because that would be an excellent time to seal all of the interior seams. Just my thoughts

update insulation and wiring... not sure yet. We were kind of given the choice to take the free airstream or it would disappear. So given the opportunity we said heck yeah. If I had lots of time on my hands I would totally start a full teardown and then full remodel, but I think with winter close my first priority is seal it up (fix the broken windows) and dry it out, (using a dehumidifier and plan on pulling out the old carpet)- Then go from there.

good plan. Some jump into polishing before they get the thing usable. Makes little sense, but it makes them feel good.

Got to have some motivation some where along the way but I am waiting and after the shell is back on polish is the next step then seal.
