What might it be?

Harry,
Painted and wrap around front windows, sounds like an Argosy.

My guess would be a 1978 or 1979 Argosy 24 Double. The water heater is behind the curbside wheels and the refrigerator access panel is ahead of the curbside wheels. The earlier Argosy 24s usually only had one hatch on the curbside.
