What have I gotten into!

Hi fellow Airstreamers! Picked up a neglected '68 Ambassador 7 months back on a whim. Visions of a fun salvage remodel and a great spot to park by the ocean/country and kick back in simplicity!
Today my gutted silver tube on wheels sits at a storage yard where it's been for 6 months, costing me more than i payed for it, but I still love it
Plan to do a super simple modern refit for very light living, floor plan already drawn up. Big question is, where the heck can I use the thing when it's ready?
Doesnt seem any zoning slows for trailers inhabited on properties? I live in Massachusetts South Coast. Like to lease for summer or maybe buy? Love some insight ))

Let us know what you find. I found a few spots listed in craigslist - open acreage with RV hookups (power/water). Course, those spots weren't the most desireable....

Haven't looked on C-list yet, spoke to a realtor and was told that's where owners of trailer properties advertise for rentals. Found out banks won't lend to purchase seasonal trailer sites, gotta have 100% cash!
