After several years of paying too much attention to work and other unimportant stuff we are joining up again. We have a '66 Caravel 17' and a '68 Globetrotter 26'. The Caravel is a continuing work-in-progress. This week I am dealing with a water regulator that has decided that no water shall pass. It may take a hacksaw to fix this. The Globetrotter is a major project and not too far along.
Hello Tom -- Welcome back to the Forums! It looks like you have quite a stable of Airstreams. They'll keep you out of trouble. We all hope you enjoy poking around -- we really do answer questions and more questions, so fire away. All we ask is nice pictures in return!

Welcome back...but I wonder about a 26' GlobeTrotter...GT's are usually 18-20' long, in '68 they were 20'...Overlanders were 26'. Oh well, it's easy for a multi-AS owners to get blinded by all that aluminum - easy mistake!
I'm with them...we like pics!

Oops. It is not at the house so I was not able to read the sign on the side while I wrote this. I do believe it is an Overlander. It has been sitting in various places for several years and the interior is pretty disgusting. I have replaced the broken windows and it now has really cheap Chinese tires. Immediate needs appear to be some time adjacent to a dumpster, new axles and a new refrigerator. When I figure out how to post photos I will do so. The priority right now is to keep the Caravel in working condition.
