Welcome to a new member in Oregon!
Ed and Leah from California have just relocated to the Roseburg, Oregon area. Ed's folks own a farm there. They have purchased an Airstream.

They were part of a report of the current world financial problems was featured on cnn.com today: From Beverly Hills to shoveling manure on a farm - CNN.com

As you read the article, it will become apparent to you the writer for CNN may have never seen an Airstream trailer!

welcome to Oregon!!! I am lucky my folks moved from Redondo Beach prior to my birth (1947). We still visit family in the southland but wouldn't trade Oregon for L.A.!
Hope you can adjust and enjoy your time here. If the unit is towable join some of the A.S. community activities
