IIRC, the Terraport is free to customers with their Airstreams while work is performed. If you didn't know, that is the area out front where the trailers are parked.

Hi Annemac and a big welcome from a neighbour! (we are in Orleans).

Sorry to hear you have had so many problems. Another reason why I am glad we store our trailer inside in the winter (Echo Farms in North Gower).

Hope you can get this resolved ASAP so you can enjoy that beauty!

PS. How was the dealer (I'm assuming RV Can) at fixing the repairs?

Hi there from Annemac!
Thanks for your message and your concern. RV Canada has been great. This is their first year dealing with Airstream and from what I gather, it has been a learning experience. Considering they have gutted our trailer from the front to the back, they have learned a lot and the guys from Jackson have been down doing some tutoring during the process. We are hoping for happy trails ahead.
When and where did you get your Bambi and have you had any problems yet? I noticed in some of the forum messages that they mention that the newer models seem to be more troublesome. Do you store your trailer all year at Echo Farms and are they pricey? It sounds like a good idea.
Happy trails to you!
Anne

Welcome to thew Forums. We're glad you are here.

Once it gets worked out and it will. You will be very happy to have it. It would be nice if things mechanical were flawless but that will never happen.

So be patient and keep your sense of humour and it will be o.k. I must say though that I am very impressed with your dealer.

Maybe someone remembers but doesn't the leak test come before things like skylights, air condtioners, tv attennas, awnings etc? I think I remember that and thought the trailer is probably waterproof after that leak test. The leaks come from what they do afterwards.
