Hi ERjedRN, nice to meet another Airstreamer. You folks picked out a very good model Airstream for your travels. You will have to learn to "do without", or travel light. As the old saying goes, you don't need to bring a 55 gallon drum of hair conditioner, or a bushel basket of corn flakes with you. A small container will do nicely. Many places in the world folks stop by the market on the way home and pick up a days worth of food.
KR is right about living in an Airstream during the long winter in Minnesota. I read somewhere that Airstreams are ideal for spring and fall traveling when the temps are 70 during the day, and 55 at night.
