Tomorrow's purchase..
Greetings! Im very excited to be a part of the community, and a new owner.
My plan is to pick up my "new" 1971 21' Globetrotter tomorrow. The unit has been gone through, with flooring and sub flooring replaced, as well as wheels, tires, etc. I am told all it is lacking is a hot water heater and furnace (I was thinking of installing a tankless heater anyway, and not having a furnace at all).
Anyway, After looking at a half dozen (and learning not to trust pictures, lol) I realize that I really won't know how well it's all been done until I see it.
ANY advice to a me, a new owner, from the community will be greatly appreciated.
