Tin Can Travels
Howdy, I am a new member to the Airstream forum, but not so much new to the Airstream life. 7 months ago my wife and I left our corporate jobs and apartment in the beach community of Encinitas, CA to hit the open road in true Airstream fashion. We purchased a 2004 19ft. Airstream Bambi a few months prior to make a few designer modifications before we started our journey. I'm sure this story is quite common to hear around the Airstream community, but what is possibly a bit more unique is that we are much younger(myself at 29 and my wife 26) than most "full-timers" on the road. I am a working freelance designer and I stay in touch via wireless internet with my clients while we roam around the country. My wife is also a talented photographer capturing our journey every step of the way. Our travels have been truly inspiring thus far.
Just wanted to introduce myself and if you are interested in viewing our travel blog, it is www.tincantravels.blogspot.com
Cheers!

Word up!
Way to go guys! Seems like we have a bit of a parallel universe going here.
Airstreams, bikes, traveling, exploring, and living the life.
Our blog needs a good overhaul but you'll get the picture: Glory

No, we are hunkered down in AL and have a fair amount of restoration to do on our rig. We're on the slow track and we like it that way. It gives us some time to think up a new adventure and save up some cash. Where are ya'll headed next?

cool blog! man, you guys have already clocked some serious mileage! is that a Tundra you're towing with? if so, welcome to the brotherhood ;-)
you should consider jogging over to Topsail Park this weekend for CanOpener 2010, you're not really that far away and you'd meet beaucoup streamers and could even go swimming! in 30 degree weather! yeah! hey, if 2Air can handle it.....
