Thermx propane heater

Hi. I am new to this forum and am looking forward to reading and participating in it.
Right now, I have a question....we have a Thermex propane heater in our Airstream. It worked real good until we ran out of gas. Now it won't light automatically. I can light it with a match but not with the button that we used to use. We are new owners of this trailer and have a lot to learn. Does anybody know what we need to do to remedy this problem??? I worked on mine a short time ago. Do you see a spark when you push the button? If not it's the Piezo Ignition Switch. You can get these at any place that sells gas grills and make it work. It's just a spark.
