The community is one of the main reasons I became an Airstream owner

Not to mention they were conceived from a place of passion, drive and the need to exist around and within great design. I bought an Airstream today because of the experiences I know I will have surrounded by others like me. I look forward to see all of you in different places and thanks in advance for the help.

Honestly this site had nothing to do with my initial Airstream purchase. Will say that it somewhat influenced the Safari purchase. It certainly has been helpful for subsequent repair and updates. The trick is weeding out the sometimes not so obvious misinformation from the facts.

My experience was similar. I joined when I was looking and still on the fence about what to purchase. We were looking at Scamps, casitas, Airstreams and others. Airstreamers are cool...

Welcome aboard!
I had watched this forum for quite a while before my Airstream found me. Now it is a necessity. It is amazing that a complete stranger will go out of their way to help as they do. Giving advice is one thing, but imparting specific knowledge based on experience is priceless.
