Welcome, Erik! They say Wally used to wear his beret to help from getting bumps on the head from the low doors! How tall was Wally???

I'm 6'3" too, and any height issues have never been an issue any more than anything else in life... If I see something low coming, I duck! I never felt cramped in either of my Airstreams (67 Caravel and 74 Overlander). Go for it and Good Luck!!!

Just remember to put the "hit head here" sign over the door I put a piece of foam pipe insulation around the top of our door to save hubby's head. Works pretty good. Our 1981 airstream is only 6'4" and duck on the lights. Love ours but would look at the 70's because they are taller.

I am 6'2" and the only challenge I have in my '66 Safari is the entrance. Can't tell you how many times I have hit my head when entering the coach , however, the interior is high enough and there are no problems. I think I will try the pipe insulation piece at the entrance. Ouch!!

Good Luck,

Kevin, I'm the same height as you. The lowest obstruction in our trailer is the overhead frame for the accordian divider door between the kitchen and bedroom area. Many times I've hit my head in the mornings climbing out of bed lurking for coffee
