I second that advice to take any salesman's tow advice with a grain of salt. We looked on and off for two years before we decided to buy our AS, and progressively increased our size wants as we did walk thru's and considered what trailer would meet our needs. The husband had already researched and consulted friends about what tow vehicle we'd need for various weight/size trailers. The salesman and tech/mechanics assured us that we'd be fine with the truck we already had for our 25ft AS....(it is comparable to what you have now) We started looking to trade in our TV before we brought our AS home. Even as we hooked up to tow "Carlie" home, the dealership was, "you'll be fine with this tow vehicle". Would have been fine if the drive was all level type driving.... But the NW Coastline is not level. We got home just fine. But as expected, the truck was obviously taxed in performance on was a slowed process.
