Sport 22FB or Flying Cloud 19' or 20'

Greetings Airstreamers,

I have recently started looking at Airstreams and figured based on overall weight and my towing vehicle, a 2003 BMW X5 4.6is with a overall towing capacity of 6,300 lbs, I am considering a Sport 22FB or a Flying Cloud 19 or 20. The brochure says that either one can sleep 2-4 but how is this possible seeing how there is only one bed? Can anyone tell me about their personal experience with either and or the pros and cons with each? If it helps, I would be looking to use the Airstream for personal use as an investment property in renting it out in coastal RV parks in Southern CA as well as possibly Galveston Island, TX.

Thanks in advance!

The dinette makes into a queen size bed. (we leave ours as a bed all the time) The couch pulls out to make another but it's a stretch to sleep two.
