SO Happy To Be Here!

Well, we did it!

After EONS of lusting after beautiful old and new Airstreams, we finally made our upgrade. We bought our first travel trailer off eBay about six years ago - a 1973 12' Scotsman - but her charm had begun to wear thin after many midnight trips to the camp potty, no 'fridge, etc... so we're the new PROUD owners of a 2008 22' Safari Sport ... SO BEAUTIFUL! We've taken her one one overnight so far, with a three night Memorial Weekend trip ahead.

We're looking forward to years of Oregon camping (and beyond!) with all her fabulous and modern features: a bathroom! kitchen! refrigerator! heater/air conditioner! awning! television/dvd!

It's really too good to be true, hasn't sunk in yet.

Wow, sounds like you're excited, and rightfully so!
Lots of camping, don't forget the rallys. While I have only been to one rally (without my trailer) for various reasons, the folks I met and the things I learned in that one trip will not be forgotten. I recommend a rally or two.
Enjoy your trailer, with the enthusium you currently have, I sense that you will.
Dave
