So far, so great.

After more than a year of researching the perfect RV and studying several forums, my wife and I decided on a 2018 22fb sport. We purchased in July and have been on several “shakedown” trips and are thoroughly enjoying the ride. Cannot praise the dealer (Toscano RV in Los Banos) enough for the purchase experience and after sales service.

We did have our first glitch, a bad 7-pin plug on the Sport (lost lights, back-up camera, all connection to TV) on our last trip. I remembered we had the free Coach Net. Called them and they hooked us up with an RV service center 5 miles from our location. They had us back on the road in less than 2 hours.

Called Airstream to see if I could get reimbursed under our warranty. They suggested I submit the claim through our dealer, which I did the following Monday. Thursday I was shocked to receive a check! 4 day turnaround.

Not sure it will all go this smooth, but Toscano, Coach Net, Santa Cruz RV, and Airstream Customer Service all made a great first impression. So far, so good (great!).

Welcome to the club and to Airforums. Glad to hear you are enjoying your Airstream. We've had ours since December 2015, and after nearly 300 nights (it was hard to get out while we were still working) it's still a blast every time we head out.
