I feel pretty certain there is no room to add such a thing as a tankless hot water heater.

This is a camper van.

Showers in the Interstate are adequate but not luxurious. When you're dirty, sweaty, or both, hot water is hot water, and you're grateful for it.

We always use campground showers when they are available.

Porchelf,

My 2006 SPRINTER, running at 14,600 pounds, has always averaged over 18 mpg.

On the last extensive journey, 91 days on the road out to Newfoundland and back, the rig averaged 18.2. This is city and highway, up and down hills and mountains, everything.

That's a cool setup! I didn't realize a Sprinter could handle that big of a load. Nice! Thanks for sharing!
