Hello AirstreamForum, et al.........
I am brand new to the Forum and have become an Airstream fanatic. Looks like I'm in great company! I'm really, really, really hoping to go Vintage - '64 Bambi II is my first choice. Any other Bambi lovers out there with suggestions, ideas, condolences, and/or advice? Is there a Bambi sub-forum? There is so much on the web-site I still get lost and off track.

Bambis are the best.
Will keep my eyes peeled for another but they are certainly rare. I believe the figure that gets bandied about is that, of 800 or so made, fewer than 200 are still on the road.
If I can ever cut the right deal on a Wee Wind or Bubble, my Bambi will be on the market, but the '62s are teenier than the '64s.

Nice choice of trailer. the Bambi is second only to the Caravel Seriously though, good luck in your search. Keep your eyes open for other little trailers as well. I thought my dream trailer was a Minuet until I found my Caravel, so you never know what you might stumble across.
