Saying hello.....

I am looking to purchase an Airstream 29' to live in while I rehab an old farm house that I just purhased....ideally it would need some work and be perhaps from the 70's or so....could have been sitting but would lower the price accordingly....thanks

Welcome to the forum! You are not the first person to want to live in an Airstream while renovating! It is the perfect home away from home. Check out the classifieds and you can also post your own under the wanted section.

Again welcome!

welcome! it sounds like it would work out, but be sure you don't get a trailer that needs more work than the farmhouse you are renovating! the biggest worry usually seems to be floor rot. if you get one that has been sitting, you might get into more problems than you are wanting to. one big problem is infestation. remember that rats and mice carry diseases so you would need to clean accordingly. if you can find one with all the necessary working amenities that doesn't require extensive repair, you will learn to love it. good luck!
