Thanks, Steve. For starters, The awning is gone and there's a small leak on the bathroom ceiling, rigth on top of the bathroom door. Everything else seems to be in remarkable good shape, in the eyes of a enthusiastic newbie. I have a good feeling about this...think she's a keeper for me, my wife and 3 little ones for decades to come. i will take my time browsing around, learning about it all and come back with more specific questions. Have a good one
