Question Jim

Hi,
Just started a remodel of a 25' 1975 Tradewind. The floor in the bathroom had some rot so tore into it and found no insulation under the floor. Is this the way it's supposed to be? Jim

Forgot to finish my thought.

Many of these vintage trailers have rot in their bathroom due to an access hatch that was in the rear of the trailer. You will find a large number of posts in the restoration/repair threads about floor replacement.

I have replaced the rotted floor of our rear bath. The black tank occupies much of the space under it and there is insulation under the remaining floor.
