Red face Phil from Florida

Just purchased a 1994 Airstream 34' Excella. Had several l other trailers over the years. This is the first Airstream. It needs some work. Interior has a major mold problem. Throwing out the shades, upholstery, wall and ceiling fabric. Tearing out the carpet. Probably putting down tile or hardwood. Looking for Ozite and vinyl headliner supplier. Sofa will need reupholstering. Also the wallcovering in the sink area is peeling. So I now have a real good STA. I'm a retired vocational technical teacher and administrator living in FLA.

If you run into anything you don't want to tackle yourself, I highly recommend Walt's RV in Ocala. Brought him my trailer at the end of the summer with a big honking list of glitches and it was delivered back to me ahead of schedule with everything done and done right. The old girl (86 32' Sovereign) hasn't looked this good in a long, long time.

Now, all I have to do is finish the list of projects that I can do myself. So far so good.

Have fun with it and be sure to check out Ft Desoto Count Park over in St Pete. Very, very much our favorite spot so far.
