Claboughs Campground and RV Resort is a nice campground. It is about a mile off the main road. The sites are a little close but we enjoyed that they have 2 pools, a creek, 2 laundry facilities, game room, and a store.
If you want to stay right in town, there are 2 at the north end, Riversedge and Twin Mountain. These 2 stay pretty full so you may want to make reservations early. There is another one behind Riversedge but cant remember the name off hand. It is on top of a hill. There is also a KOA on one of the side roads. We havent stayed ther but did drive through it to check it out. You can go to
Pigeon Forge Family Vacation Destination Guide – Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and click on accommodations and then campgrounds and you will get a list of all of them.
