I've got an 05 22ft CCD. Still have those "new car" flutters even after a year. You'll surely enjoy, but I predict "aluminitis" and then you'll want a bigger one. Think about being in it for a week when it rains for 5 days. Also if you aren't single, think about what happens if your partner (and kids?) are left behind cause you've taken the tow vehicle to work, etc. Some new friends of mine who are snowbirds are in that very situation now.

I'm a single woman so those aren't issues for me. (Woman walks down the street carrying a bottle of wine, a neighbor says "Oh, wine? Special occasion? Response: "I got it for my husband." Neighbor: "Oh, good trade!")

However just to show you what "aluminitis" is, I'm fulltiming, and I'm on the verge of buying an Argosy as a "guest house" so family and friends can come and visit me more easily.

Welcome to the forums. I saw the new 23' on a recent tour of the factory and it is a beauty. What ever you choose you will not be disappointed.
