Greetings from the Florida Panhandle
Welcome to the Forums. We're glad to have you with us. Congratulations on the new baby.
You're going to love thew 25FB. We have a 2005 25FB, named Lucy. We have camped in Lucy over 820 nights and have towed her over 70,000 miles. We have not tired of her yet, and would not trade her for any other floor plan. Lucy is small enough to go anywhere in, yet large enough to be comfortable in for a long camp-out.
Have many great Airstream adventures and safe travels.

Welcome to the forum and the family of Airstream owners. Have fun on your first outing. We have quite a few Oregon rallies on the rally calendar if you would like to join us. It's always fun sitting around talking airstream with everyone.

Bobbyc,
Welcome and here's your opportunity to help (along with the wbcci unit, of course). We're coming to the Oregon Coast this summer, but only have a few days before we must turn "back East" to our Virginia Blue Ridge. So, what is the must see don't miss lifetime memories place on the Coast for our Silver Otter to visit?

First, congrats to our new member, and his purchase, who is now our "neighbor" in Oregon.
When you arrive in Oregon there is much to see and explore. It really depends on your entry point into this lovely state. If you enter from the NE, you will travel the Columbia River Gorge as did Lewis and Clark 1804-06-----incredible drive. Hell's Canyon and "Little Switzerland" are near I-84 in the NE. Multnomah Falls is near Portland on I-84.
Another highlight would be Crater Lake NP in the southern part of the state.
If you choose to drive the entire Oregon Coast you will not be disappointed. The ocean views just north of Florence are among my favorites.
You might consider entering the state from the NE along I-84 and drive to the northern coast of Oregon--Stephen's Point, and start south from Seaside on the NW coast. When you reach Reedsport on the coast you can turn eastward on Rt #38 toward I-5, stay at Seven Feathers in Canyonville--great RV spot--and then access Crater Lake. You are close to I-5 at that point for exit south to Calif or Nev. These are just a few POI --there are many others....
Hope this helps a little....there is much to see here as there is in your neck of the woods....good luck.....Zigi

Zigi,
Thanks for the town names and suggestions. We are coming in from a convention in BC, over in Osoyoos. Should be great fun!
