My husband just recently retired (Yikes!) and since he has a mild case of ADD, I need to keep him busy. We have a 31"
Sovereign trailer from 1973 that we are planning to redo into a classy dog motel (humans allowed too)or an really trick office. I was wondering if there is a site where I could start looking at plans? At the moment we think we are going to gut the entire thing........The interior is pretty together so we are on the fence about going for the original 70's look (which I think is way too dark) or gutting it and doing something retro.
The set up is twin bed in the middle with a rear bath. Could I actually get a king size bed in there somewhere?
I am thinking of doing a blog on the process as two clueless people start down the path of a airstream redesign. Would anyone be interested except my mother?
The plan is keep the trailer stationary but I am thinking that maybe we would want to get it road ready, just in case? Any thoughts?
